Indianapolis Bar Association to Host Art Copyright CLE
INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Bar Association announced a continuing legal education session on copyright essentials in art. The event, titled “Masterpieces & Legal Peace: Copyright Essentials in Art,” is scheduled for June 25 from 9 to 10 a.m. at Newfields.
The CLE covers the fundamentals of copyright protection, how to navigate copyrights of others, and ways to guide artist clients through common intellectual property challenges. Coffee and pastries will be provided.
Speakers are Danicia Malone (Rokh Research & Design Studio); Jaclyn Flint (Riley Bennett Egloff LLP); and Michele Martell (Martell Media House PLLC).
