Federal Impact Aid Survey Open Until December 2024

Staff Report / jaxlocal.org

The Federal Impact Aid Survey is now open for participation until December 13, 2024. Duval County Public Schools in Jacksonville, Florida, is encouraging families to complete the survey to help the district secure funding.

This federal funding is aimed at assisting schools with costs associated with textbooks, school supplies, personnel, and other expenses. The funding specifically benefits students whose parents work at local Navy bases or other U.S. government agencies, including the Postal Service.

Parents can log into the Family Portal and access FOCUS with their linked account to fill out the survey. The district emphasizes the importance of this survey in obtaining necessary resources for students.
