Peekskill, N.Y. — The Peekskill Community Volunteer Ambulance Corps said it sincerely thanks its dedicated volunteers and the surrounding emergency service agencies that assisted during a fire at 115 High Street.

They are especially grateful to Cortlandt-Peekskill Regional Paramedics, Mohegan VAC, Scarsdale VAC, Croton VAC and Ossining EMS, which responded and worked alongside their crews on scene. "Your support, professionalism, dedication, and commitment to serving our communities are greatly appreciated," the group said. "It is through teamwork and mutual aid that we are able to provide the highest level of service to those in need. We truly appreciate your support and dedication to the communities we proudly serve."

Finally, they expressed their deepest condolences to the friends and families affected by the tragedy. The Peekskill Community Volunteer Ambulance Corps is with Ossining Volunteer Ambulance Corps and three others.
