Peekskill Fire Department hosts blood drive on August 30th

The Peekskill Professional Firefighters Local 2343, in partnership with the City of Peekskill Fire Department, is hosting a blood drive with the New York Blood Center on Friday, August 30th. The event will take place at the Fire Department headquarters at 1141 Main Street from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Those interested in donating can sign up in advance by scanning the provided QR code or visiting https://donate.nybc.org/donor/schedules/zip. Walk-ins are also welcome, space permitting.
Participants are advised to have a meal, hydrate, and bring a valid photo ID. COVID-19 safety protocols can be found at nybc.org/coronavirus. Donors will receive a voucher for a beverage at a participating venue.
