Geneva Public Library hosts Read Across America event
Geneva, N.Y. — The Geneva Public Library will host a morning celebrating reading on Saturday, March 7, from 10 a.m. to noon at 244 Main St., Geneva.
The event features a meet with Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax and Cris Johnson’s I ❤️ TO READ MAGIC SHOW, which includes a magic act with music, age-appropriate humor, audience participation and surprises. Attendees can also get their face painted by Flora and enjoy snacks.
The program is offered in partnership with Geneva 2030 and includes community partners Geneva Reads, St. Francis-St. Stephen School and Child and Family Resources, Inc. The Wyckoff Family Foundation provided funding for the program. Registration is appreciated.
The event is part of Read Across America and is billed as Read Across America featuring Cris Johnson’s I ❤️ TO READ MAGIC SHOW. All are welcome.
