The Yates Community Center in Penn Yan is offering free Tai Chi classes every Saturday from 8:00 to 9:00 AM. The classes, led by Jake Henderson, are designed to improve physical, mental, bone, heart, and immune health.

Individuals aged 16 years and older are welcome to participate. Due to limited space, interested participants are encouraged to secure their spot by visiting the website: www.yatescc.org/tai-chi-with-jake-henderson.

This initiative is funded by the Yates Community Endowment at the Rochester Area Community Foundation.
